Clipped footer summary

Clipped footer summary was created by Michael Wassong
I'm trying to display the footer summary using the latest version of QtitanDataGrid 5.1.1. The bottom of the cells seem to get clipped and I'm not sure why. Might have something to do with the clip rects that are created in the paint event? Help would be appreciated.

You can easily reproduce the issue by converting the GroupAndFooterSummaries demo to use GridTableView instead of GridBandedTableView. I've attached the modified source for convenience.

Could I simply use the BandedTableView without any bands as a temporary workaround? It looks like you get 1 band by default, though. Is there a way to turn that off?
