Well I finally figured it out...

Sad to say after almost 1 year from purchasing Qt Ribbon and never got it to work correctly was because of a simple bug in the wizard.

Now I just need to learn how to customize the ribbon. I am glad there are demos, but I would really love some documentation on this.

I guess something is better than nothing.
