September 17, 2025 QtitanRibbon 7 beta has been released!

We are pleased to announce the release of the beta version of QtitanRibbon 7. The main feature of this release is support for the new Windows UI style, which is fully designed in Adobe XD. Using a special utility, the Adobe XD file is exported to XML, which is then loaded into Qt app and becomes accessible through the QStyle interface. This allows QtWidgets-based applications to be styled directly using designs created in Adobe XD.

The Windows UI style is provided in two variants: Dark and Light. Color palettes and metrics are also defined directly within Adobe XD template. This template document can be found in the source code resources folder. This beta version includes enhanced support for Windows Fluent Design Acrylic effect. Both the classic Acrylic effect and Mica, introduced in Windows 11, are now available. We’ve also added support for the FluentSystemIcons font, enabling easy conversion of font glyphs into icons (QIcon) for seamless integration.

In addition to these major updates, we have fixed rendering issues with ribbon elements, improved layout behavior, and enhanced the action customization manager. The beta version is available for download in your personal account.
