Hi,
enclose you find a project with the QToolButton. The text i set with setAccessibleName will not be written into the output of NVDA. This must be an bug in Qt. But NVDA speaks the text of the action of the QToolButto, i insert into the toolbar. And the text under the icon for the other QToolButton. For the buttons in the ribbon bar NVDA speaks no text, that's the problem.

There is a different between debug and release. In debug mode NVDA speaks the text under the icon, in the release mode NVDA speaks the text set by setAccessibleName.
