Filter's boolean operator not considered

Filter's boolean operator not considered was created by phroid
When I try to use a boolean operator in a filter different from "OR" using the filter dialog, the datagrid seems to ignore the option (i.e. the filter is always created with "OR" operator).
Tried with version 2.2
