When the datagrid header are near the bottom of the desktop and/or the items in the list are many, the filter's panel which comes up pressing the filter icon is partially drawn outside the desktop, thus being unusable.
If possible, the datagrid should try to check if the panel fits inside the screen and relocate it's position otherwise.

As you can see, the problem can be reproduced using your examples.
In the screenshot I was just using a small window placed at the bottom of the screen (the window has not been cut: nothing more of the filter panel is visible)
By the way, I'm using Mac OSX, and the current QtSDK for mac is only 64 bit.
You are only providing 32 bit libraries for evaluation purposes, and this can be troublesome for somebody.
Of course this is not a problem for registered users, since we get the source code, which works perfectly on both 32 and 64 bit architectures.
