Hi
I reported a critical bug (for us) by email yesterday, got no answer neither acknoledgment ...
Also have 2 emails not answered from last week, seriously considering stopping our licences renewal this year...

Your requests have been received and registered.
1) Bug with autohide panel has been reproduced and fixed.
2) Request regarding code changing is under investigation at the moment. You will be notified soon.

Thanks, i guess forum is the prefered way for contacting you, as it seems i always get faster answers there ?

There is also another request i had which is still unanswered : how to achieve autohide panels showing when mousing over their tab button ?

No, in fact it is better to write to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. There, all mails are guaranteed to be processed. However, i must to say that we sometimes fail to respond quickly. Since we don't have support like a real-time chat now. Therefore, in rare cases, the response may be delayed by a week or two, when additional time-consuming tests are needed. Please understand correctly.

We answered you earlier by mail, this request for consideration by the developer. It is impossible to do this through API now, but we will try to comeup with some way.

I can't wait one or two weeks to get an answer, i just need at least an acknowledgment of the email beeing processed, then i understand it can take few days to test etc...
