Licensed user with no answer from support

Hi,
I have 8 licences for Ribbon and docking, sent an email to support 2 weeks ago but still no answer, can you check your emails ?

I apologize for the delay in answering. In fact, this looks like a non-QtitanRibbon related component question, but more related to debugging the regular Qt app. What version of Qt, operating system and component are you using at the moment?
