crash with controls in main window title

crash with controls in main window title was created by Matthias Zangl
Hello,

for placing controls like the systembutton or quick access toolbar into the title of the main window, one has to call the method ribbonBar()->setFrameThemeEnabled.

But on windows xp this causes applications to crash. You can see this by trying to run the samples on win xp.
