Missing icons brings the program to crash

Missing icons brings the program to crash was created by Frank
Missing icons like the image 'file menu' or the 'about' lets crash the whol application.
I guess there some more - all which belongs to the first line of the ribbon bar.
This shouldn't happen.

Btw: you did a great job. :-)

If the resource or icon does not exists then the program crashes. Same on the help
icons on the rigt side (in your demo program).
But this does not occour in the 'pages' - if there are no icons the program starts. ;-)
If this is because of the QAction so it will be okay - not nice but okay.
