shortcuts still visable when moving window

shortcuts still visable when moving window was created by Jonas Fornander
1. Start an application which can display shortcuts to e.g. file menu.
2. Press Alt-key
3. Shortcuts shall now be visible.
4. Move the window. The shortcuts is still visible while moving the window which is incorrect behavior. MS office removes hides the shortcuts when the window is moved.
