Hi!

I'm using Qtitan 3.1.

Keyboard shortcuts defined for actions added to a backstage view are not working if the backstage view is not opened.

Re-create by running the Qtitan Ribbon Backstage Sample.
Ctrl+O works if backstage view is opened.
Click on the Buttons tab.
Ctrl+O is no longer working.

quickAccessbar - shortcuts only work when the quickAccesses item are visable. If you hide a quickaccessbar item the shortcut should still work.
