Ribbon Windows Buttons not painted on RDP

Ribbon Windows Buttons not painted on RDP was created by Thomas Hasart (CSB-System AG)
if you start an app in ribbon style with over RDP with color depth 24 Bit, the window buttons are not painted.
with 32 bit color depth all buttons are painted correct.
