Possibility to remove page Customize Dialog

Possibility to remove page Customize Dialog was created by salvatore barbera
I wrote my 2 own pages to customize either the ribbon bar and the quick access bar. Now I want to remove the default ones from the Customize Dialog list, but there is no method to remove them. I can only call the QWidget's setVisible method, but it's not enough, because they are still shown in the listWidget
