cannot find -lqtnribbon3 error: ld returned 1 exit

I search the error?This application failedto start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows"?in google. Then, I copy the platforms folder in QTDIR from plugins to release folder of try.pro. Run qmake. Run Build All. Ctrl+R. So, it works, and qtitanribbon modules can be used.
