Ribbon graphical features don't work on Windows 11

Hello,

On Windows 10 when you hover a ribbon action, it shades the action so you can see what you're hovering over easily. Also if an action is checkable and checked is set to true on that action, the action is shaded(blue by default).

Neither of these features work on Windows 11. On Windows 11, the actions are never shaded so the user experience is much worse.

We are using Qtitanribbon 6.5 on Windows built with Visual Studio. Acryllic mode is off on the ribbon.

Any idea what's going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
